When we were in Madrid, we first noticed that dogs walked around that metropolitan city without leashes. We were so impressed! As it turns out, in nearly every Spanish city we’ve visited, the dogs are incredibly obedient when unleashed. Spanish dogs are just as socialized as their owners, apparently!
