It’s called Vin Brulé with a bit of cinnamon and apples mixed in.What is a market without lots and lots of candy? And cotton candy!In Italy the witch a.k.a “Befana” is a tradition that occurs on Jan. 6th. Stockings are placed near a window and the Befana brings gifts to the good kids and coal for the bad kids.The city lights on the way to dinner! All Italian towns are decorated for the season!A Swedish Christmas Dinner. Our Swedish friends invited us over to share a traditional Christmas dinner in Sweden.The Swedish sing songs during the dinner and toast after every song with a special liquor.Finally, my favorite part, the dessert! Swedish cookies, Swedish rolls, and Swedish cakes. Everything was delicious!

The gigantic Christmas tree and the life size nativity display in St. Peter’s are just among the exciting things that we anticipate to see in Rome during Christmas.
