This Thanksgiving, my roommates and I wanted to share the tradition with some friends and “first-timers”. 4 Italians, 3 Swedes, and 1 Belgian. Everyone was asked to say what they were thankful for.Risotto with Butternut Squash as our first dish – it got a bit messy…My roommate’s first time making the turkey was a success!! Everyone loved it!We gave the Italian the honor of cutting the turkey.The Thanksgiving Table -Stuffing, Glazed Sweet Potatoes, Mashed Potatoes, Brussels Sprouts, Corn Bread, Turkey, Mushroom Gravy, and our version of “Cranberry” Sauce.Like every Thanksgiving, everyone was super stuffed!The Italian Boys on their first Thanksgiving.The girls on Thanksgiving.My roommate made Apple Crisp and Cranberry Bread for dessert.My Flourless Chocolate Espresso Cake that I always make for the holidays!
